Making A Purchase

Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our online curtains and blinds store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping basket. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.

We accept Visa, MasterCard, Delta, Switch/Maestro and Solo.

When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.

Delivery Options

Standard Delivery; UK deliveries are dispatched by First Class post or Courier from our manufacturers.  International deliveries are sent by Airmail.

Next Working Day: UK customers can upgrade to Next Working Day Delivery during the checkout section for an additional £5.95. These orders will be sent by Courier delivery that will need to be signed for on delivery.

We aim to despatch your order on the next working day. If for any reason we are out of stock we will immediately contact you and offer you an alternative or a refund. Delivery/shipping times will vary but here is a guide for our Standard Service:

UK Courier or first class post - approx 1 to 2 days
Europe by airmail - approx 2 to 5 days
Rest of the World by airmail - 5 to 15 days, depending upon local conditions and Customs.

Signed for items: Please note that customers must ensure that they are available to receive the goods.  Fitting Creations cannot accept responsibility for any items delivered to the correct address which have been signed for but not received.

Back Orders

To ensure prompt delivery of your order we keep 95% of our lines in stock, however on occasion items may become unavailable for reasons beyond our control. All orders are taken subject to availability of stock; if the item you have selected is not available we will offer you the choice of a full refund, or an alternative item.

Returns Policy

How can I make a return or exchange?
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, return the items in original condition and packaging. We will be happy to exchange or issue a refund. (We do not refund postal charges unless we have made a mistake.) Customers must return items for a refund or exchange within 28 days of order.

Return postage for UK customers is at customers cost.

Post back the goods ensuring you include all the information we will need to make the correct exchange or credit to your account, to help you we need to know:

Please help us to improve our business by telling us why you are returning the goods, ie not suitable, wrong colour, etc.

Ordinary post is generally fine to send a few items, but for your security we highly recommend using a trackable method such as recorded or registered post. Please note it is the sender's responsibility to ensure the goods arrive safely.

How long before I receive my order?
We aim to despatch your order on the Next Working Day.

Once despatched from our warehouse here is a guide for our Standard Service:

- UK (First class Courier delivery ) within 2/3 working days from order date - usually less
- Europe (by airmail) within 5 working days from order date
- Rest of the World (by airmail) between 5 - 10 working days from order date

If for any reason we are out of stock we will immediately contact you and offer you an alternative or a refund
What are the shipping charges
Standard Delivery is free on orders over £75

Purchases under £15.00 will be charged £1.95 for UK standard delivery  or £3.95 for the rest of the World standard airmail
Purchases over £15.00 will be charged £9.99 for UK Courier delivery
How will my order be sent?
All items are despatched in packaging with our return address on.

Courier Delivery; All items are shipped First Class Courier. We recommend this service as it provides additional security and requires a signature on delivery.

Next Working Day: UK customers can upgrade to Next Working Day Delivery during the checkout section for an additional £5.95. Orders received before 12 noon Monday to Friday except Public Holidays, will be despatched for Next Working Day delivery.
